The Layout will be uploaded here about a week before the event.
Please note this may be subject to change if necessary for operational reasons, no shows or Cheese & Grain requirements.

Stallholders can set up from 7.30am and not before. This is a C&G requirement sorry!
Fair opens at 9am.

Fair finishes at 2pm and the C&G require the hall to be vacated by 3pm sharp.
If you need help to set up or pack up, please ask Woo.

Please can you ensure that walkways are kept clear and there are no trip hazards in front or at the side of your table for good old ‘Elf and Safety reasons!

There are doors on both sides of the venue.
Please park on the side nearest your stand to make it easier.

You will need to purchase a parking ticket before 9am - you can pay by machine
or on your phone by using the JustPark App.

We advise that you bring lunch / drinks with you.
You can purchase from the cafe but the queue can be long and slow.
Sadly we don’t have access to kitchen facilities.

If you are on the stall on your own then let Woo know if you need a ‘comfort break’ or a coffee etc and she can usually look after your table for you whilst you do the necessary!

Dogs are allowed. Fussies by Mike are essential.
