Below is the floor plan. Please note this may be subject to change if necessary for operational reasons or venue requirements. Also please read the important information about accessing the C&G Car Park.

SET UP

Stallholders can set up from 7.30am and not before. This is a C&G requirement sorry! Fair opens at 9am.

Fair finishes at 2pm and the C&G require the hall to be vacated by 3pm sharp. If you need help to set up or pack up, please ask Woo.

Please can you ensure that walkways are kept clear for good old ‘Elf and Safety reasons!

PLEASE NOTE THAT BECAUSE OF THE FROME INDEPENDENT MARKET THERE ARE ROAD CLOSURES SO TO GET INTO TOWN YOU WILL NEED TO COME INTO FROME VIA THE B3090 NORTH PARADE. IGNORE THE ROAD CLOSED SIGN AND TURN INTO THE CAR PARK IN THE NORMAL WAY. You will need a pass for your car for the stewards of the Frome Independent. You can download and print one HERE. If you don’t have a printer you can write the code etc on a piece of A4 paper for your dashboard.

There are doors on both sides of the venue so park on the side nearest your stand to make it easier.

Sundays used to be free parking but now it is £2 all day, so please ensure you get a ticket.

Please bring lunch / drinks or you can purchase from the cafe. Sadly we don’t have access to kitchen facilities, and the queue at the cafe can be long and slow.

Dogs are allowed. Fussies by Mike are essential.
